CEI Study Abroad Dream Team of Ms.Chen, Ms Du & Mr.Yan
This summer in China, there has been a very high demand from Chinese students wishing to know more about studying abroad, and CEI’s international Study Abroad Teams have really helped to reap in the harvest of potential candidates.
CEI offers students a very high standard of service and counseling, and students planning to study in many countries including the US & Canada get the chance to interact directly with our top team of counselors who provide them with a quality of service which is probably much higher than they expected.
For example, some of our dedicated team members have even changed their personal holiday plans in order to accommodate our customers. It is this dedicated focus on the customer that has helped CEI to maintain it's great customer relation reputation.
The CEI US & Canada counselor team consists of 3 highly qualified people who really believe in giving great service. They are team leader Ms. Du, her amiable team member Mr. Yan and assistant counselor Ms. Chen. This small but adept team of people have achieved a lot this year, as many students have sought their counsel about studying abroad.
How have they been able to achieve so much?
Team Leader Ms. Du says:
“There are three successful factors which cannot be neglected: professional knowledge which is essential to help students. Patience and team work are also very important. Follow- up is another factor that helps to contribute to an excellent result. Our success really only comes when students get offers from their dream universities.”
Study Abroad Counselor Mr Yan agrees:
“In the service industry of education, being responsible is paramount. Thinking how the customers think, helps us understand their individual situation and this helps us to give them what they really want. When we are applying to various universities for our clients, we like to keep in good contact with them. Controlling information in detail really matters, because this can lead to a successful application and it adds to our quality of service.
Enthusiastic Assistant Counselor Ms. Chen adds:
“Every communication with our customers is a good chance for my personal promotion and every perfect case ending is what I am aiming for. As a member of a great team, I feel lucky that we work so well together aiming for the hard earned perfection. Team work contributes to both our efficiency and also achievement.
