Victoria University delegation visits LNU's Asia-Australia Business College

                 Victoria University (VU) delegation visits LNU's Asia-Australia Business College 


On September 21, CEI Ceo & founder Mr. Charles Sun welcomed a delegation from Victoria University in Australia to China. The delegation was lead by VU's vice chancellor Mr. Peter Dawkins and the group's purpose for the trip was to meet and discuss further cooperation with Liaoning University and also visit the 'Asia-Australia Business College' located at LNU's campus in the city of Shenyang, in eastern China. 

Mr. Sun accompanied the VU delegation to Liaoning University where they were warmly welcomed by the leaders of the university's faculty members including vice chancellor Liao Dasun. 

Liaoning University (LNU) is one of the leading universities listed in China's "Project 211" and is affirmed by the Ministry of Education. 

The university has fifteen colleges, namely: the College of Liberal Arts, College of Economics, College of Business Administration, College of International Relations, Asia-Australia College of Business, College of Philosophy and Public Administration, College of Foreign Languages, College of Radio, Film and Television, College of Chemical Science and Engineering, College of Law, College of Information Science and Technology, College of Higher Professional Techniques, College of Adult Education, College of Foreign Students, and College of Training Self-Study Students of Humanities and Professional Techniques.

At present, Liaoning University has a teaching body of approx. 1,116 full-time faculty members, among whom there are 614 professors and associate professors. The university has 18,700 students ranging from undergraduates to graduate students and also foreign students. 

On September 24, the VU delgation, once again accompanied by Mr. Sun visited the Liaoning University Asia-Australia Business College to attend the opening ceremony of the school's class of 2017.

At the opening ceremony VU's vice chancellor Mr. Peter Dawkins and LNU's vice president Mr. Liao Dasun both gave speeches to those assembled and they also warmly welcomed 420 students into the Schoool's Class of 2017.

                                  

During Mr. Liao's speech he greatfully acknowledged the valuable role played by Mr. Sun during the formation and continued operation of the Asia-Australia Business School, and he heaped praise on Mr. Sun's accomplishments calling him a great educator, entrepreneur and social activist.

Later, when Mr Sun was asked to comment about the event he said 'I wish the new students (of the Class of 2017) will fully enjoy the high-quality resources of China and Australia in the next four years, and through their Asia-Australia study and life they will fullfill their own achievements and create their own future.
