                  Victoria University 2017 Alumni Award nominations have commenced 

                  

Victoria University in Melbourne, Australia recently announced that the nominations are now open for its prestigious 2017 VU Alumni Awards. The Alumni Awards program helps raise awareness about the universities global community of over 230,000 alumni. The Awards honour the outstanding contributions that the institutes alumni make to VU, its local region, Australia and also abroad.

Since the inaugural Awards in 2011, nominees have included people from a diverse range of professions, industries and educational backgrounds. Nominations are critical to VU's ability to honour it's alumni for their excellence, exceptional achievement, and extraordinary service that reflect positively on it's individual colleges as well as the University as a whole.

Award recipients are selected through a comprehensive evaluation process by the Alumni Awards selection panel. The Awards recognise the contributions that the universities alumni have made in their communities on a local and global stage as they proudly represent and showcase the VU ethos.

         

Victoria University alumni includes graduates, past & present staff, & other friends of VU. They can be nominated for a number of prestigious awards in the following categories:

Distinguished Alumni Award

Outstanding Leadership Alumni Award

Outstanding Service Alumni Award

Young Achiever Alumni Award

Outstanding Student - Future Alumni Award

Entries for the VU 2017 Alumni Awards will close on Friday 16 June 2017, and finalists will be announced in August 2017.
